Manage and coordinate all functions related to the O&M contracts in Abu Dhabi, Al Dhafra and Al Ain regions for the water irrigation network that is managed by client on behalf of the end customer, Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA).

Manage the overall delivery of the program of works by providing program management and quality assurance across asset surveys, refurbishment works and operations and maintenance activities.

· Manage and coordinate all team functions and to ensure that these functions are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner

· Report on the overall performance and work progress of the team

· Review and evaluate the work of staff under supervision, ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively and comply with Client policies and procedures
