Conduct overall project follow up of all client Capex and OPEX spend on individual projects with the approved budget for each project. Prepare plan, schedule, and monitor progress of all Capex and Opex projects from initiation to close out including emphasizing and evaluating factors having impact on project activities.
The Project Controller will be responsible to create and maintain project budgets and schedules, facilitate review and approval of subcontractor invoices for client processing, preparation of draft invoices for Finance department processing, analyze progress reported against the work schedules, and recommend actions to improve progress, preparation of weekly/monthly reports (as per client requirements).
· Execute all assigned tasks and to ensure that these are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
